Refund Policy

Soluna is committed to providing high-quality coaching, guidance, and personal development services. Due to the nature of these services and the time, energy, and resources allocated upon booking, all purchases are final.

Once a service, program, or session has been purchased, no refunds will be issued for any reason, including but not limited to:​

  • Change of mind

  • Personal circumstances

  • Non-attendance or unused sessions

  • Early withdrawal from a program

  • Dissatisfaction with outcomes​

By purchasing or enrolling in a Soluna service, you acknowledge and agree that you are committing to the full duration of the program or session and accept full responsibility for your participation and experience.

Where applicable, Soluna may, at its sole discretion, offer to reschedule sessions or provide alternative arrangements, but this does not create an entitlement to a refund.

 

This Refund Policy operates in accordance with the Australian Consumer Law. Nothing in this policy excludes or limits your rights where a service has not been provided with due care and skill, or where required by law.
