What Working Together Looks Like
For the first five weeks, we’ll meet once a week for one-hour sessions via video call. This time is about getting to know you - understanding what has held you back and building your journey together. We’ll start introducing gentle practices and routines to support your nervous system and help your mind and body work together.

Between sessions, you’ll have access to me for support as things come up. You don’t need to hold questions or challenges until the next session - this is a supported process and I'll be there as much as you need me to be.

After week five, the focus shifts to putting everything you’ve learned into practice. Our sessions become check-ins to support your progress. At this stage, it’s normal for deeper patterns or resistance to surface. This is where we work to clear them together, creating the stability and safety needed for you to feel safe in this change.
